Terms of sale.
What you buy, how you pay, when you receive it, what is guaranteed and how to get your money back. Version 1, 9 October 2026.
1. Scope
These terms apply to every order placed with studio.notme, whether through the contact form, the configurator, a payment link or a signed quote. Ordering means accepting them. A signed quote prevails over these terms where it says otherwise.
2. Who sells
Alexis Medjoub, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, micro-entreprise), trading as studio.notme, 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France. SIREN 908 930 068. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Contact: am@notme.studio.
3. What studio.notme makes
Stream Visuals (static OBS screens, emotes in your likeness, Next Live cards) and Digital Twin (fictional avatar or digital twin of a real person, brand-safe visuals, datasets and tools), as described on the site at the time of the order. Everything is brand-safe: lifestyle, fashion, ready for any social network. Nothing that could not be posted on a mainstream social network, no twin without the signed authorisation of the person herself. A request outside this scope is declined and, if already paid, refunded.
4. How an order is placed
You send your brief through the form. I reply within one business day with any missing question and either a payment link (Stream Visuals, 48-hour test) or a quote (Digital Twin, studios, white-label). The contract is formed when the payment link is paid, or when the quote is signed and the deposit received. Production starts once both the payment and the complete brief (photos, usernames, choices) have been received; the delivery time runs from that moment.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros, VAT not applicable (art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code), as shown on the site or in the quote on the day of the order. Payment by card through Stripe, by SEPA bank transfer, or through Wise outside the euro area. Stream Visuals and the 48-hour test: paid in full at the order. Digital Twin packages: 50 % deposit at signature, balance on delivery, before the final files are released. Monthly production: paid in advance each month, cancellable at any time with effect at the end of the month already paid. Studio discounts and white-label are set in the quote.
Between professionals, any late payment bears penalties at three times the French legal interest rate and a fixed recovery indemnity of 40 € (art. L441-10 of the French Commercial Code).
6. Delivery times
Counted in business days from the receipt of the payment and the complete brief. Stream Visuals: 5 days. Single emote test: 48 hours. Digital Twin 48-hour test: 48 hours. Identity Core: 5 days. Identity + 25: 7 to 10 days. Identity + 50: 12 to 14 days. Identity + 100 + System: 3 weeks. Monthly production: two batches a month, on dates set at onboarding. Files are delivered by download link and email.
These times assume you answer when I need you. Whenever production waits on you (validating an art direction or samples, sending missing photos or information, choosing between proposals), the clock stops: the delivery date moves by the number of business days your answer took. Example: a 7-day delivery during which you take 3 business days to validate the direction becomes a 10-day delivery. I tell you each time I am waiting on you, with the updated date.
7. Revisions and acceptance
One revision is included per screen and per custom emote; an extra iteration costs 9,99 €. Digital Twin: two rounds of revisions are included on the 17 reference views, and each monthly batch can be corrected once. A revision adjusts the delivery within the validated brief; a change of direction, usernames or framing after delivery is a new order. You have 7 days after delivery to ask for a revision or report a defect; after that, the delivery is deemed accepted, without prejudice to the legal guarantees.
8. The studio.notme guarantee
On time or refunded. If a delivery is more than 5 business days late against the date set in article 6 (including any shift caused by waiting on you), for a reason that is mine, the order concerned is refunded in full on simple request, and the files already delivered stay yours. For a Digital Twin package, this applies to the deposit if Identity Core is late.
Redone or refunded. If, after the included revision, a delivery does not match the validated brief (art direction, usernames, QR code, format, or likeness for a twin), I redo it once more for free. If it still does not match, that item is refunded. This guarantee covers conformity to the brief, not a change of taste after validation.
48-hour test. If the four images do not match your brief, a second attempt is free; if that one does not either, the test is refunded. Paid tests are deducted from any package ordered afterwards. Digital Twin reference views. If you refuse the 17 views after the two included rounds of revisions, the project stops and the deposit is refunded minus 120 €, the value of the work equivalent to a test.
Refunds are made with the payment method used, within 14 days of the request. This commercial guarantee adds to, and never replaces, the legal guarantee of conformity that consumers enjoy for digital content and services (art. L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code).
9. Right of withdrawal
If you order as a consumer, or as a professional with five employees or fewer for a purchase outside your main field of activity, you have 14 days from the contract to withdraw, without giving a reason (art. L221-18 and L221-3 of the French Consumer Code).
Everything studio.notme makes is custom digital content made to your specifications. The right of withdrawal therefore ends as soon as production has started, if you have expressly asked for it to start before the end of the 14 days and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal (art. L221-28, 3° and 13°). You do this by ticking the dedicated box in the form or at payment; the confirmation email I send you records it. If you do not tick it, production simply starts on day 15, and you can withdraw until then with a full refund.
To withdraw, send a clear statement to am@notme.studio, for example: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my order of [date], number [reference], name, address, date.” You are refunded within 14 days with the payment method used.
10. Rights on the visuals
Once paid in full, you receive an exclusive, worldwide licence to use the delivered visuals for the promotion of your own activity (or your creators’ for an agency or studio), for as long as the rights last, including commercial use. You may not resell them as templates or assets. studio.notme keeps the generic elements (layouts, art directions, catalogue poses) and may reuse them for others, never your face, usernames or emotes. Your visuals are never shown as references without your written consent. Source files and generation parameters are not included in Stream Visuals; Digital Twin deliverables are those listed for the package.
11. Your commitments
You confirm that you hold the rights to the photos you send, that every person shown is of legal age and has agreed to it, and, for a twin, that the person herself signs the likeness and AI-use authorisation. You use the visuals within the brand-safe scope, apply the AI disclosure kit, follow your platforms’ rules and never use a visual to impersonate or mislead. An order that breaks these commitments is stopped, and amounts paid for work not yet done are refunded.
12. Liability
studio.notme commits to delivering what is described, on time. It does not guarantee audience, income, or acceptance of a visual by a platform, whose rules change without notice. Towards professionals, liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. Towards consumers, the legal rules apply in full.
13. Personal data
Photos and information sent for an order are used only to produce it, are never shared and are deleted as set out in the privacy policy.
14. Complaints and disputes
Any complaint goes to am@notme.studio; I reply within 5 business days and look for a solution with you first.
French law applies. Consumers keep the protective rules of their country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts of their domicile. Between professionals, the courts of Paris have sole jurisdiction.
