Privacy policy.
What this site and studio.notme collect, why, for how long, and what you can do about it. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).
Controller
The controller is Alexis Medjoub, publisher of studio.notme, 60, rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France (see the legal notice). Contact for any data request: am@notme.studio.
Data collected and why
Contact form and email. Name or handle, email address, profile (creator, studio, agency, other), the offer you are interested in and your brief. Purpose: answering your request and preparing a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Photos and usernames sent for an order. For Stream Visuals: your usernames, links and reference photos. For a digital twin: three to five photos of the person, used only to build her character and the commissioned visuals. Legal basis: performance of the contract, plus the signed likeness and AI-use agreement of the person depicted. Photos are never used to train a model shared with third parties and never reused for another client.
Technical data. The hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs for security and delivery of the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). This site has no analytics and no advertising tracker.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no tracking cookie. It stores one value in your browser (your language choice) so the site opens in the same language next time; it never leaves your device. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google LLC (United States). You can block it with a content blocker; the site stays readable with your system fonts.
Recipients and transfers
Your data is processed by the publisher and by the following processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, United States, EU standard contractual clauses and Data Privacy Framework), Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 7 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris, France: form handling and email sending). No data is sold or shared for advertising.
Retention
Requests that do not lead to an order: three years after the last exchange. Orders: for the duration of the contract, then the legal accounting retention period for invoices (ten years in France). Reference photos for a digital twin: deleted at the end of the agreed period in the likeness agreement, or on request once the order is delivered and paid.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase and receive your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw a consent at any time, by writing to am@notme.studio. We answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or with the authority of your country of residence.
Minors
Services are reserved for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; any such data is deleted as soon as we become aware of it.
