How a project runs.
From first contact to handover: the steps, the validation points, the limits set before we start, and the questions that come up.
How a project runs.
Two sequences, no surprises: what happens before you sign, and what happens once you have. Timings in business days. The full version is in a two-page document sent with my first reply.
Before signature
- First contactReply within 1 business day with three questions and a call slot. A sheet from the configurator speeds everything up.
- Scoping call, 30 minGoal, audience, scope, package. Written summary within 24 h.
- 48-hour test, optionalFour images for 120 €, with no real-person-twin surcharge. After brief confirmation and full payment, the 48-hour period runs from receipt of the required materials. The test is deducted from an Atelier package ordered later.
- Proposal and quoteDeliverables listed one by one, calendar, revisions, rights. Valid 30 days.
- Signature and deposit50 % deposit sets the kickoff date. Onboarding form sent the same day.
After signature
- Onboarding form, 48 hContact, platforms, brand rules, and the assets your case requires.
- Kickoff call, 30 minBrief validated, DNA sheet locked on screen. Bible v1 the same day.
- Identity Core, day 5Identity sheet, at least 19 reference views, consistency checklist, publishing guidance materials and Anchor Deck.
- Scene batchesEach delivered batch includes two revision rounds within the approved brief, including monthly production batches. A change of direction after approval is handled under the order terms. Your feedback is still expected within 48 h.
- Delivery and handoverYou receive a structured archive and the tools included in your package, with 30 days of support. The recorded handover session is included only in Identity + 100 + System.
Validation delays shift the schedule accordingly. For a real-person twin, the photo guide helps prepare the 3 to 5 starting photos and extra details; it does not ask you to take 19 canonical photos.
Terms.
- Consent
- For a digital twin: a signed likeness and AI-use agreement from the person herself, with duration and platforms, whoever places the order. A fictional avatar needs none.
- Reference views
- You supply 3 to 5 starting photos. Additional images may be requested to document a tattoo or a distinctive feature. From these materials, studio.notme builds and checks a library of at least 19 reference views, adding more where the subject requires it. The depicted person’s likeness and AI-use authorisation is required.
- Disclosure
- The publishing guidance materials included in your package explain how to identify AI-generated content. Rules depend on the content and channel; you remain responsible for checking them when publishing.
- Payment
- Atelier packages: 50% deposit at signature, balance on delivery. Monthly production is paid upfront. Four-image test: 120 €, paid in full after brief confirmation, with no real-person-twin surcharge.
- Capacity
- Three new projects a month, including avatars and twins. Beyond that, a waiting list in deposit order.
Scope.
Clear limits make a clean project. These are set before we start, not negotiated during.

FAQ
The questions that come up in the first call.
How does a project start?
Send your brief or configurator sheet. studio.notme confirms the materials needed and sends a quote or the payment link for the optional test. Production starts only after confirmation, payment and receipt of the complete brief.
Who owns my project’s deliverables?
They belong to you after full payment. You keep all deliverables included in your package: references, identity sheet, images, prompts, settings, exports and delivered tools, plus the dataset when included. You may modify them, reuse them for your business and continue production with your team or another provider. Your project does not depend on continuous access to the studio.
Does the character look like someone?
The fictional avatar is designed from the characteristics chosen for your project. A real-person twin is created from the depicted person’s photos and authorisation.
How many images before it drifts?
The identity sheet and library of at least 19 reference views guide production. Each render is checked; identified inconsistencies and their fixes are documented in the consistency checklist. An image may still need correction.
What about video?
Short image-to-video clips of 5 to 7 seconds are available as an option. No long-form video, talking heads or lip-sync for now.
Do you disclose that it's AI?
You receive guidance on identifying your content as AI-generated and preparing it for the intended channels. For a real-person twin, the depicted person’s authorisation is part of project scoping. Publication rules depend on the content and platform; the content publisher remains responsible for checking them when publishing.
